Resham Filili tells the story of Resham, a village boy who dreams of working abroad in Qatar and returning with large sums of money so that he can marry off her sister properly, but his dream is dashed when he is duped by manpower in Kathmandu and faces financial difficulties. As he navigates the challenges, including encounters with the city’s underworld from whom he took a loan, Resham falls in love, becomes involved on a film set, and confronts the harsh realities of life to save his kidnapped friend.
