Jaari shows a Limbu village in which a couple’s disastrous relationship becomes the gossip of the community. Namsang (Dayahang Rai) and Hangma (Miruna Magar), a Limbu pair, were wedded for almost five years. Both admire one another, but conflicts arise after Namsang expects a baby from his spouse but she lacks the ability to deliver. As an outcome, Hangma’s spouse publicly insults and abuses her.
