Dui Numbari tells the story of two hunters, Tshering (Dayahang) and Himal (Saugat), who have been best friends since childhood and are involved in Dui Numbari (illegal activities like killing and poaching animals). But their lives change when Tshering accidentally shoots Ugyen (Ugyen Choden), and they both fall in love as Tshering gives up hunting. But Himal continues to do so despite his best friend’s quitting hunting, which causes Himal to be unhappy in his life.
